  • Loaded on your iPad or Tablet
  • Present from your Laptop or Desktop computer

Confirm the information you might already have regarding the buyers and ensure you have all the details:

  • Timeframe
  • Location
  • Financing or cash
  • Budget
  • Wants and needs in their property (the specifics)
  • Be prepared to adapt and adjust to any changes the buyer shares

Explain the home buying process & set expectations
